I’m a Registered Massage Therapist originally from La Scie, NL.  I graduated from the program in February 2023 at Academy Canada in Corner Brook. Soon after I moved to St. John’s to begin my career.

I have a passion for fitness/weightlifting. This thankfully introduced me to Massage Therapy. I had issues myself that affected my training and daily life for years, ultimately an RMT helped resolve them. Giving I’m a person that thrives in an environment where I can help people, this opened my eyes to the world of massage therapy and lead me to a career that I love.

I perform therapeutic treatments including deep tissue and relaxation that are personalized to each individual based on your needs. Aside from training in the gym, I enjoy staying active, hiking, sightseeing, painting and taking any advantage I can to be outdoors.
