My journey to physiotherapy started with completing my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, in my hometown, at the University of New Brunswick.
Early on in my career as a student, I grew a passion for wanting to help people find ways to enjoy exercise. This led me to complete my Master’s of Science in Physiotherapy at Dalhousie University.
My career as a Physiotherapist began with a focus in orthopaedic acute care rehabilitation, emphasizing gait training, falls risk reduction, and collaboration with other specialties involved in the patients circle of care.
In my spare time, I am always searching for ways to enjoy the great outdoors; running and cycling are two hobbies that have helped make this happen. My goal as a physiotherapist is to share this passion for exercise with my clients and encourage them to find forms of movements that are individualized to their own interests and needs.
